Our counselors (and company) are based in Christianity. That means you can expect us to be comfortable discussing that aspect of your life. It does not mean we will be pushing our views on anyone we serve. We simply want to treat clients in a warm and Godly manner and walk a life that demonstrates God's love.
The goal of Servant's Heart Counseling is to provide mental health counseling to anyone who needs it. We operate on a sliding scale for those without insurance. That means you pay what you can and we'll cover the rest through donations and community support. Payment plans are also available.
We accept Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Ambetter, Aetna, and United Health Care insurance. Qual-Choice and Medicaid insurance is accepted with a primary care physician's referral. We are often able to sponsor clients through donations and community support to assist clients in covering co-pays they cannot afford. Additionally, we offer tailored payment plans for any fees that clients may struggle with.
Sometimes clients don't have the time or ability to make it to an office. In that case, we go to them. Insurance does not currently cover home-based therapy, so fees are based on either self-pay ability or donations.
Seeking Safety is a women's group that meets once in a week at our office in Rogers. It focuses on overcoming addiction by healing from the trauma that perpetuates it. Dinner is provided and an opportunity to participate in prayer is offered before group starts. Call (417) 268-8086 to be considered for group.

Clients are often in need of someone to help them manage their psychiatric needs. We are blessed to be able to partner with an excellent APRN for med management and we have a collaborative agreement with a physician who supports both natural cures and psychiatric medication. Clients without the ability to pay are often sponsored and payment plans are provided as well.
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing
EMDR is one of the most respected (and fast) treatments for moving past trauma and negative beliefs. Clients are able to activate both sides of their brain in order to utilize natural healing methods and create more positive and adaptive outlooks. EMDR is evidenced based and comes highly recommended.
